Homemade Wine
Many of you may have had a neighbor or relative who was Italian or even European. In October, when the weather is cooling off, is the time to make wine. The reason Northern California is so successful in creating wine, is because it has this climate nearly all year round.
This a virtual tour of how we made wine one October sometime in the 1990s and somewhere in Essex County, I could be Newark, it could be North Caldwell, but it is undisclosed information. Just enjoy this little archive of how we spent one rainy Sunday morning.
