Travel: Valle d'Aosto, Italy

Skiing in Alps... a skier's dream come true, but would you think of Italy?  You would if you were in Valle d' Aosto.  This is not only Italy's smallest region, but it also borders the Alps, which were once part of France (in fact, you will find some speaking French here). But if you prefer not to "break a leg", take advantage by sightseeing some of the many castles in this region.  You will also find the cuisine of this region quite different from that of the rest of Italy.
