Fini Proposes A Minister for Italians Living Abroad
AN leader, Fini, welcoming the suggestion of Minister Mirko Tremaglia, said he considers it necessary to pass a law creating a new position for a minister to represent Italians living abroad. "I think it is part of my overall obligation," affirms Fini, "that I undertake the realization of the change to constitutional law giving the vote to Italians living abroad in the first six months of the next legislature." As an act of reparation, says Fini, CDL is trying to realize Berlusconi's decree of October 7,1994, that permits a minister without portfolio, but with the proxy for the Italians of the world.
