Hoboken, New Jersey Little Italy

Hoboken is most famous as the hometown of Frank Sinatra.  He grew up in the Little Italy Section there which is right across the Hudson River and often also known as "Little Manhattan".  Italians in Hoboken came from Messina Provence and the City of Patti or Molfetta Provence.  They still have the Celebrations of La Madonna dei Tindari and La Madonna dei Martiri. They are one of the only towns in the US to have a Sicilian Chapel dedicated to their Patron Saint, Santa Febronia and also to their Madonna, La Madonna dei Tindari. Italian stores, restaurants abound. Not to mention the Sinatra Museum.
