This Day in History

The Month of July was named after Julius Caesar, the greatest military genius and most
accomplished man  of all time.  This is why it is one of the longest months of the year.

August 21
1911  Leonardo Da Vinci's famous painting of the wife of Zanoki del Gioconda, The Mona Lisa, was stolen from the Louvre Museum in Paris by Italian waiter Vicenzo Perruggia and was recovered in Italy two years later.
