The Food: Strawberry Sauce

Fragolina, that is Italian for Strawberry.  This is probably the most simplest dessert recipe you can possibly ever make.  Simply clean and quarter your strawberries, removing the leaf on top.  Put in a blender, sprinkle in a tablespoon or two of sugar (depending on how many strawberries you have), and simply blenderize until smooth and serve it over pancakes, ice cream or dessert of your choice.

Dice up an apple, sour cherries in syrup, add tablespoon of sugar over it, grand marnier over it, toss together  323F for 20 mins
