Pollo Siciliana (Chicken with Sweet & Hot Peppers)

Chicken cutlets
(about 2 large or 3 small per serving) 
1 Egg
Italian Bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Parmesean Cheese
Hot Cherry Peppers
Sweet roasted peppers
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Scramble one egg and place it in a plate. Take some chicken cutlets and dip them into the egg wash, then dip them in breadcrumbs seasoned with pepper, parmesean cheese and a little bit of oregano. In a hot pan put some virgin olive oil and then place the cutlets into the pan. After they have cooked, add some hot cherry peppers and sweet roasted peppers and serve.
