Sicilian "S" Cookies

1 Cup Cream
1/2 Pound Margarine
3/4 Cups Sugar
1 Small Egg
2.5 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Confection Sugar

Mix all ingredients together well until the consistency is good, not wet, not too dry.  You will either A) need to roll out the cookie dough to about 1/2" diameter (consistantly) and 3" long, form into an "s" shape  B) the way its "really" done is to use the star shape mold/shape maker and push the dough out from a pastry gun into an "s" shape.  Cook at 375F for  10 to 15 minutes.  Allow to cool, dust with confection sugar.
