The Food: Grilled Lamb Chops
INGREDIENTS
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh Mint
Lamb ChopsIn a sauce pan, heat your extra virgin olive oil over medium low heat. Add 2 whole cloves of garlic, sautee. Add your whole leaves of fresh sage into the pan to flavor the oil more.
Next get your lamb chops, you clean off the bone if you wish and use that excess meat for stew or soups. Add a little salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness, I like the small thin ones myself). When you remove it from the pain drain the chops on a paper towel for a few minutes to remove the excess oil. You can garnish the pork chops with the sage for presentation.
