The Food:
Fried Clams
INGREDIENTS
Flour
Fresh Clams
Extra Olive Oil
Fresh Lemon Wedges
Heat oil to about 350F in a pan on the stove.
Dust your fresh clams (I used cherry stone clams) in flour.
Carefully put in fry pan, cook for 5 minutes, no need to flip them
if they are submerged in the oil, if not, flip once. Serve with fresh
lemon wedges and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
