Linguine en Agosto (Summer Pasta)

1/2 Fresh Lemon
Linguine Pasta
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Small Can of Tuna (Italian preferably)
Salt & Pepper
Grated Cheese

This is a light dish perfect for the Summer.  It is a light lemon & olive oil dressing that I learned one hot August day while visiting my cousin Giuseppe who grew up in Sicily, but now lives in Rome.  He calls this "Linguini A La Giuseppe" -- I hope he does not access the internet and find out that I stole and renamed his recipe!

It is very simple, boil your pasta, when it is done, put in a bowl, add your tuna, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon, oregano, parsley, olive oil, toss, serve immediately.  It is that simple!
