Duck Eggs: Compared to duc eggs, they are
larger, higher in fat, more colorful and more flavorful. They must
be cooked thoroughly because there is much higher risk that they
are contaminated with bacteria.

living bird in the world, but is a from the Ratite family, so it cannot fly.
While it is native to Africa, it can live in many different countries
throughout the world. The ostrich grows approximately 1' taller (30cm)
each month until it is 7 months old. They can grow to over 350lbs and
live to be 50 to 75 years old. While the egg of the ostrich is the
largest of any egg from any animal, relatively, it is the smallest egg in
relation to the size of the animal.
