The Food:  Crepes

This dish is not only simple, but quick to cook too.

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour, or cake flour for slightly lighter crepes
½ cup cold milk
½ cup very cold water
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
3½ tablespoons clarified unsalted butter
2 tablespoons orange liqueur (try Cointreau or Triple Sec)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8  teaspoon salt
3½ tablespoons clarified butter for cooking batter

In a hot pan heat the olive oil and sliced mushrooms
