The Food: Linguine with Clam Sauce
There are two ways to make this recipe, either in red sauce or white. The white is more wine and garlic based, and the red uses a light tomato sauce. Simply take the fresh chopped clams and sautee them in olive oil and chopped garlic. Add parsely, a tiny bit of oregano, white wine (or tomato sauce), some of the clam juice and cook. Serve over linguine.
