The Food: Pollo Parmesan
(Chicken
Parmigiana)
INGREDIENTS
Boneless Chicken Cutlet Breasts
Mozzarella Cheese
Marinara Sauce
Bread Crumbs
Egg
Flour
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper To taste
Tenderize and/our pound your chicken cutlets until
very thin. Dip in a scrambled egg, then in flour, then in the egg again,
and finally in bread crumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
Cook in a hot pan of olive oil, flipping once until cooked. In
a glass oven Pyrex dish, put some marinara sauce down on the bottom to keep
the chicken from sticking. Place in your cooked chicken cutlets in
the dish, and cover with more marinara sauce. Top with slices of thin
mozzarella cheese and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes and/or until the
cheese is melted.
