The Food: Caramel Sauce
Bananas (Pears work well too) Caramel Sauce
cubed pears
6tsp butter
1/4 cup rum, light, allow flames to die down
1/2 cup add sugar to the leftover sauce, stir until its thick,
1 cup add cream, cook for 9 mins
