The Food: Cappricio

Cappricio is a great Italian sandwhich and is perfect for picnics or when you are in a hurry but still want something great to eat.

Simply get some good Italian or French baugette bread and slice it open. Drizzle olive oil on both sides, and get some fresh basil and put the leaves on both sides of the bread.  Next slice fresh cow or buffalo mozzarella, and top with sliced tomatoes.  You can add lettuce too if you wish.
