The Food: Cannoli

The cannoli is perhaps the best-known Sicilian pastry and those in Piana are the best and most well-known throughout Sicily.

You can taste them during the Carnival, as they are offered by the artisans of Piana, and thereby enjoy having contact with an ethno-anthropological Greek Albanian oasis which only Piana can offer.
