Campania is the region most famous for the city of Naples.  Naples, of course gives us many great culinary delights which are world famous, not the least of which are such international favorites as Pizza and Coffee.  Believe it or not, there is actually official documents stating how pizza should and and should not be made.  And while coffee beans may be cultivated and grown in Africa and South America, it is Naples who know how to roast those beans to perfection.

Naples is also known for its great seafood dishes, as well as the native golden potatoes which grow there.
