The Food: Balsamic Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Whole Cloves of Garlic
Lamb Chops
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Red Onion
Honey
Red Wine Vinegar
Balsamic Vinegar

In a sauce pan, slowly head some regular balsamic vinegar until it gets thick and like syrup.

In a different sauce pan, heat some olive oil with smashed cloves of garlic.  Add your lamb into the pan and season them with salt.  Add in the red onion slices and remember not to over cook, you want to keep them somewhat crunchy. After 5 minutes turn the pork chops over on the other side.  

In a bowl, add a half cup of red wine vinegar and stir in a bit of honey, not a lot.  Add it to the pan with the pork chops until it bubbles and starts to caramelize.  Before you serve, pour the reduced balsamic vinegar over the lamb chops then serve.
