Anisette
Biscotti
INGREDIENTS
Anisette
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Stick Butter
2 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1 1/4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Anisette
1 1/2 Teaspoons Aniseed
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs, then the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix together
well. Add anisette and aniseed and blend together. Put a bunch
of flour on your hands and shape into 2 loaves about a foot long.
Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes,
until light brown. Cool and slice into 3/4-1" pieces
