The Bar: Whiskey

American Whiskey is distilled from grain mash, and is then aged and then blended.  There are many types of whiskey, bourben, the most famous, can only be distilled in Tennessee to be called bourben.  Rye can only be made in Kentucky to be called rye, etc.  Canadian whiskeys are usually labelled rye as well.
