This liqueur is produced from an infusion of alcohol and fresh artichokes (known as cynara scolimus). Cynar (16.5°) is the end result of long years of study and ancient recipes. Each of its ingredients is purely natural: high quality alcohol, sugar, the artichoke-leaf infusion, herbs and natural aromas.
