The Bar: Bourbon
Bourbon can only be called bourben if it is whiskey distilled in Tennessee and must be aged for at least 2 years and 80° proof (40% alcohol). It must also be at least 51% corn and aged in charred new oak barrels. Frank Sinatra's favorite was Jack Daniels on the rocks, and fellow rat-packer Sammy Davis Jr. enjoyed it with ginger ale.
